I started Zach Develops LLC because I kept seeing the same problem: small business owners working incredibly hard, but giving a huge chunk of every sale to third-party platforms that also own their customer relationships. It didn't sit right with me.
So I build an alternative. Custom branded apps that let restaurants, salons, and other small businesses own their customer experience directly — their logo, their name, their rewards program — without paying percentage fees on every transaction. Your customers pay through your existing POS. I never take a cut of your sales.
I focus on small businesses specifically because that's where I think good technology makes the biggest difference. A local restaurant or salon competing against big chains deserves the same quality tools — just built for their size and budget, not an enterprise contract.
